Our teachers and students, led by Mira MariÄ?, school's principal, welcomed guest students and teachers. A cultural program, involving our students, had been prepared in honor of their arrival. A special surprise had also been prepared for our friends from Hungary. Namely, one of our students performed a traditional hungarian dance for that occasion.
After the opening, our school signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Pusztamerges high school. Two workshops had been prepared for the students: the first one entailed learning Croatian language, while the second one involved learning traditional slavonian dances. Teachers made a walking tour of the school, after which they held a meeting in school's library. The following conclusions were made:
1. To write five plant and animal names and send them to Nigar, who will make a data selection. After that, a joint dictionary of plant and animal life will be made.
2. Assignments needed for the meeting in Turkey were agreed on and details regarding meeting program in Ancara also discussed.
After lunch, teachers and students toured the city and took a ride on an old, tourist tram.
